Lets try this again

As with all tech people, we mess around a LOT! I'm no exception. I've been running a Plesk server in AWS Lightsail but it's old and the OS upgrades break Plesk and i'm not sure it's worth the money to run. So why not try something new and I'll just backup to a github repo from time ot time.
